Oncu Baldo Rice Cooking Suggestion
Ingredients
2 Cups Oncu Baldo Rice
3 Cups Hot Water
2 Tbsp Liquid Oil
2 Tbsp Butter
1,5 Tsp Mayi Salt
Cooking Suggestion
First, rinse the rice and let it drain in a colander to remove excess water.
Add the vegetable oil to a pot.
Add the rinsed rice to the pot, sprinkle in some salt, and sauté.
Once the rice is sautéed, add the butter and sauté a little more.
Add hot water to the pot and cover it with a lid.
After the water is absorbed, let the pilaf steam.
